Project Delivery Co-ordinator
Raeburn Drilling & Geotechnical Ltd, part of the Igne group of companies, are seeking to appoint a Project Delivery Co-ordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and progressive geotechnical contractor based in Hamilton, Glasgow.

The main requirements of this role are to support the Project Delivery Manager in the preparation and management of work packs for field teams. This role is crucial in driving the digitalisation of our processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in project delivery. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and organisation of work packs for field teams, ensuring all necessary documentation and resources are included.
- Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for project activities.
- Coordinating and participating in pre-start meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives and requirements.
- Participating in weekly planning and resource allocation meetings to ensure efficient use of resources and timely project delivery.
- Monitoring project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Delivery Manager.
- Participating in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes
About you:
Full training will be provided and in return we are looking for someone with a practical mindset and a willingness to learn new skills. A full UK driving licence will also be required. - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project management or a similar role within the construction or Ground Investigation industry.
- Proficiency in digital tools and software used in project management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
