Regional QHSE Manager
Igne is seeking a Regional QHSE Manager to join our team based in Hamilton, Glasgow. This is a hands-on role working closely with operational teams to drive best practice and continuous improvement across the business. The role is full-time and requires travel across Scotland.
You’ll collaborate with other Regional QSHE Managers to develop and enhance compliance systems, ensuring alignment with current regulations and industry standards while embedding a strong QSHE culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, integrate, coordinate, and maintain the IMS system and procedures relevant to the latest ISO standards and to meet industry specific accreditations
- Ensure the effectiveness of QHSE processes and procedures in line with company policy and industry guidance
- Manage the preparation and completion of internal and external site health, safety and Quality audits
- Support local site activities in line with client specific requirements and project scope.
- Attend and participate in appropriate Health and Safety review meetings and provide briefings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the implications for the business and proposed actions
- Collation, monitoring, analysis and summary reporting of group near misses, accidents and RIDDOR incidents
Person Specification:
- Technical membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH) or equivalent
- ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 Systems Internal auditor
- NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum
- A Full UK driving license
- Experience of the Construction Industry
- The ability to understand and analyse complex information and present it simply and accurately
